MEET THE TEAM
Chris has over 20 years’ entrepreneurial experience in C-suite roles across B2B and B2C industries with expertise in global distribution of goods and services. Chris aims to grow Loyalty Now with a core focus on business management, international trade, and investment development. Chris’ vision is to establish the organisation as the card-linked offers platform of choice in the APAC region, and to become the leading supplier of loyalty programs for member-based organisations by bringing the member and merchant closer together in a cyclical, profitable ecosystem.
As group chief executive officer of Loyalty Rewards International (LRI), Anurag leads group companies: Loyalty Now, a leading frictionless card linked offers (CLO) B2B loyalty platform and Loyalty Now Services, a merchant offer aggregator. He has previously held key business leadership roles with Fortune 500 global corporations and more recently within the start-up sector. Prior to this appointment he held a position on the LRI advisory board.
As COO for Loyalty Now, Rick is tasked with overseeing the overall business operations and product strategy. A senior ICT executive with over 30 years of experience in the technology sector, Rick's early career was in the Australian telecommunications sector, subsequently moving to Europe taking a senior role at Ericsson. Rick has held senior roles at Telstra, Unico and Brightstar, as CIO for APAC and EMEA regions and CIO for Brightstar in North America. During the past five years Rick has consulted to the emergency services, medical, biosecurity and health services sectors.
A true service and IT professional, Shakira leads our customer experience and engagement teams, ensuring customers make the most of our platform. As chief of staff, she helps oversee operations and works in tandem with other executives to effectively grow and manage Loyalty Now. As a strategic planner and overseer, Shakira keeps track of the broader picture by managing stakeholders, fostering a positive customer experience, following up on deliverables, empowering others and supporting the delivery of KPIs.
Sarah has over 20 years’ experience in the communications sector and excels at crafting strategy and executing campaigns in B2B channels. Throughout her career she has had the privilege of leading integrated marketing and public relations programs for local and global organisations. As CCO for Loyalty Now, Sarah is committed to producing meaningful programs that deliver results.
US based with over 30 years of experience in design, manufacturing, marketing, wholesale and retail. Founder, owner and CEO of Bramble furniture that employs in excess of 1,000 staff.
